Ode to the alarm clock

To give credit where it’s due, I must say that the alarm clock tried. I set it a little earlier than usual in my attempt to wake up earlier. My intention was to vote before work. Alas, the snooze button’s convenience – as it’s larger than all the other buttons on the clock – was too tempting.

I will go after work. If you have not already done so, I encourage you to vote at some point before the polls close.
